Ways to support your Hospice - Volunteering
There are many ways to help St. Anne’s,
and they do not all involve financial support.
One extremely valuable way of helping us is through volunteering to assist in our
fundraising activities. Practical help of this nature can allow the small team of full time
staff to do much more in both focusing on existing activities and establishing new
and different way’s of raising funds, etc. We have a wide cross section of activities
that require support from Volunteers, and listed below are a range of roles that we
need to recruit to assist us with our fundraising activities, etc.
General Volunteers
Promotional Goods and Donation Box Delivery & Collection, Administration,
Raffle Sales, Event Assistants, Retail Collection and Delivery, Telephone Marketing,
Mailing and Marketing Support, Hospice Nursing Support Staff. (request more details)
Specific Volunteers
Volunteer Co-ordination, Grants Provision, Corporate Liaison, Internet and Database Co-ordination, Media Co-ordination, Marketing and Publication, Retail Research, Fundraising Research, (request more details)
Charity Shop Volunteers
We are always looking for new volunteers who can spare a morning, afternoon or even a few days a week to help us raise funds for Gwent’s only in-patient Hospice by working in one of our Charity Shops that are shown below. Duties could include customer service, till work, stocking rails, steaming and preparing clothes for sale (request more details)
